Granngården is a retailer with stores spread across 112 locations around Sweden which is complemented by an e-commerce branch. The company has a workforce of around 550 employees and their annual revenue is close to 2 billion SEK.

In their ongoing work to optimize their logistics, a large dataset from the daily operations on order compositions and article data structure needed to be analysed to derive insights and information to make informed strategic decisions. A crucial step in order to make the right decisions for the future. This initial analysis has led to a on-going relationship that we are excited to continue.
